The Bakery

Although Lone Tree Bakery has been around for quite a few years, the bakery that it is today belongs to the Walsh Family; who purchased the bakery August 31st, 2018.

This is just one of the core value's Lone Tree Bakery strives to operate by. We are a family owned and operated wholesale bakery which is why, when baking, we only add ingredients that we would feed our family. We provide products prepared and baked with no added preservatives, with real ingredients such as butter, cane sugar, local farm fresh eggs and fruit.

Our passion is in each and every one of our products, from our Famous Lone Tree Pie right down to our Lone Tree Bar. With options such as Vegan, Flour-less and Dairy-Free, we aim to supply delicious treats that everyone can enjoy.

Our hope is to continue to provide The Greater Victoria Area with fresh, local, homemade baked goods. Without all the preservatives and additives.
